I try to reply within a day or two usually, sometimes faster if its something quick, sometimes a bit longer if things get busy around a big trailer drop or news day (which happens more than youd think with this game).
A few things that help if youre reaching out:
If youre pointing out an error on a page, mention which page it was on, makes it a lot easier for me to find and fix.
If youre suggesting something I should cover that isnt on the site yet, just tell me straight up what it is, I dont mind hearing it even if I dont end up using every suggestion.
If its about a business thing, partnership, or something like that, also fine, just explain what youre thinking in the email.
